Who We Are: Inside Santa Ana Appliance Repair

It started with a toolbox and a promise. Back in 2005, Harry Cooper was working as a technician for a large appliance repair chain in Orange County. He was good at the work — diagnosing a failing compressor by ear, tracing an intermittent electrical fault in a Wolf range — but the company he worked for didn’t share his values. They pushed upsells. They quoted high and negotiated down. They treated customers like ticket numbers.
Harry wanted something different. So he quit, printed 500 business cards at the FedEx on Bristol Street, and started taking calls out of his apartment on East 12th Street in Santa Ana. The first week, he got two calls. Both were refrigerator repairs. Both customers became repeat clients who still call him today.
Twenty years later, Santa Ana Appliance Repair has grown into a team of 12 technicians serving all of Orange County — but the philosophy hasn’t changed. Every technician on our team is factory-trained on the brands we service. We don’t guess. We don’t upsell. We diagnose the problem, explain your options honestly, and fix it right the first time.
